A lie-flat mat you rest your lower back on, with airbags built into either side. As they inflate and deflate in sequence the surface tips one way then the other, producing a slow side-to-side rocking motion under the waist.
Everything runs from a small button panel. Heat has its own on/off key with + and – to step through the levels, and vibration and infrared each toggle separately, so you can run one, two or all three at once. Three preset programs (M1, M2, M3) cycle the modes for you, and a separate function key steps through three additional levels.
