Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates & delivery times
We ship across the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and aren’t guaranteed. We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
