We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at apexrecovery67@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Certain items can’t be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products), as well as hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases. We also can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please reach out if you have a question about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at apexrecovery67@gmail.com.
