Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with any tags attached.
How to start a return
Email us at apexrecovery67@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
Certain items can't be returned, including final sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, and personal-care products. Please reach out if you're unsure.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
